Services/Pricing Information
What we will need: Please provide a high resolution portrait of yourself, company logo, realty firm info, address, phone numbers, e-mails and website information, etc. for use on your lead web page and property flyers. If you provide your own property flyers for upload, please send pdf files or high resolution jpgs.
Fees:
AGENTSFLYERS.COM FLYER WEBSITE FEE:
$9.95 (for 30-day minimum website hosting) month-to-month basis. 30 days is considered as 1 month. Your flyers may be revised, added or deleted throughout this time period as many times as you wish. Please note that there is a 15 minute service fee for a reposted flyer ($10), deletions are free.

PHOTO GALLERY FEE (one time fee):
$20.00 for a gallery with up to 35 photos or more, additional cost may be incurred for galleries over 35 photos.
ADDITIONAL FEE:
15 minute minimum graphic service charge for changes to flyers that Agentsflyers has created at $40per hour, ($10) which includes loading to website. You may submit corrections for changing flyers, or submit your changed flyers for loading at anytime.

SIGNAGE FEE:
Two-sided horizontal rider signs are available with your website's name for $25.00 each for Agentsflyers.com websites, ie: www.(AgentNameHere).AgentsFlyers.com ... or you may choose to have your traditional website name redirected to your agentsflyers.com website.
GRAPHICS FEE:
$40.00 for a LEAD WEB PAGE (approx. 1 hour) for Agentsflyers.com FLYER WEBSITE. A lead page is required as an informative page for persons visiting your site.
$40.00 per hour -- graphics for PROMOTIONAL and/or PROPERTY FLYERS.
Photo galleries may be appended to each of your property flyers on your agentsflyers.com flyer website by request. Each gallery may contain up to 35 photos or more, or you may choose to have multiple galleries that can be linked to each flyer, such as an INDOOR PHOTO GALLERY and OUTDOOR PHOTO GALLERY. We are happy to caption your photos for you for an extra fee, or you may include your own descriptive caption copy for each photo. Some agents choose just to have photos with no captions.
Photo Services: We provide photography in our SLO County area for a minimum fee of $50 for the first hour and $40 per hour for every hour thereafter for agentsflyers.com website clients with a slight increase for listings outside this area ... we do not charge for travel time within the 20 mile radius of San Luis Obispo. We offer photography services in North County as well with no charge for travel time within a 20 mile radius of Atascadero. You may also submit your own higher resolution photos if preferred. Photo adjustments on photography provided by you is available at $40.00 per hour upon request. Please call for details.
Other Services
Agentsflyers also creates individual "STREET ADDRESS" DOMAIN WEBSITES (Branded and Unbranded versions) for agents who wish to present a website that's only about one property listing. Call for details, and visit www.AgentsFlyers.net for examples ... Call for package price information.
Agents are encouraged to add a "FLYERS" link or a "BROCHURES" link of their Agentsflyers.com websites to their primary websites ... some agents choose to use Agentsflyers as their primary site.
